Our Classes
At Poole BJJ, we offer a diverse range of jiu-jitsu classes and programs designed to cater to practitioners of all levels and interests. Whether you're a beginner, an advanced competitor, or someone looking to enhance their fitness and self-defense skills, we have the perfect class for you.

Gi Classes
Our Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes are perfect for those Who appreciate the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu in its purest form. You’ll train in classic Gi Attire Learn how to take people to the ground, control them and then submit them using Joint locks and strangle holds. The Gi also can be used as a weapon against your opponent as well, but be careful they are also wearing one!!!!
No-Gi
If you prefer a more Modern, faster training pace then Our No gI sessions are ideal .You’ll train in Shorts & Rash Guard, but unlike Gi Training all you will have to work with is your training partners limbs. The best training however is to train in both Gi and No Gi for a more rounded skill set.


Junior Classes
We're dedicated to fostering discipline, confidence, and physical fitness in young minds. Our Kids' Jiu-Jitsu classes provide a safe and fun space for children to develop important life skills while learning the art of self-defense.
Morning Classes
Start your mornings with our jiu jitsu classes! Join us every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6:15 to 7:30 am for a dynamic session led by brown belt lewis philips. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, our morning sessions offer the perfect start to your day.


Womens Classes
Discover your strength and confidence on the mat. Our women's BJJ classes offer a supportive and empowering environment to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and connect with like-minded women. Our experienced black belt instructors will guide you every step of the way.
